Our Reception children had an exciting visit from the local police this week! A police car and police van came to school, giving the children a fantastic opportunity to learn all about the important role police officers play in keeping us safe. They enjoyed exploring the vehicles, sitting inside the police car and van, and discovering some of the equipment officers use every day. The highlight of the visit was getting to press the sirens, which caused lots of smiles and excitement! It was a fun, hands-on experience that helped the children learn more about the people who help and protect our community.
