School Council Visit to County Hall

Today the School Council visited Nottinghamshire County Council at Trent Bridge. We enjoyed a buffet lunch with Councillor Philip Owen and the Council Chairman. We were given a tour of the council building and learnt about the role of the Council plays in our lives. The Chairman kindly allowed the children to try on his chain of office. 

I was so proud of the children, their behavior and manners were exemplary. We are hoping to return in the summer to share the children's work on Our Wonderful World.
