Clay Sculptures
Fri 23 Jul 2021Our class learnt about form and texture today in our art lesson. We loved it because we went outside in the nature garden. Using the clay was a bit tricky because it was so hot we kept having to wet it. We think our sculptures are brilliant.

Sports Day
Fri 23 Jul 2021Sports Day has been a little different this year without our normal legions of volunteers, our opening ceremony and the whole school together. But the children still had a great time and had their traditional ice lolly at the end of a tiring event.

Medieval Banquet
Thu 22 Jul 2021As part of our topic on Robin Hood the Year 2 children took part in a medieval banquet. They learnt all about what life would have been like living in a castle and took part in some medieval dances. Despite the very hot weather the children loved seeing each others impressive medieval costumes.

Larkfest
Wed 21 Jul 2021We said goodbye to our Year 2 leavers with a summer music festival. The sun was out and the children had a fabulous time at our first, but hopefully not the last "Larkfest".
