Allotment update
Mon 28 Feb 2022A huge thank you to Watnall Farm for the donation of manure for our allotment. The children loved seeing the digger. In the next few weeks all our vegetables and flowers will be sown.

Safer Internet Day
Tue 22 Feb 2022The theme this year was 'ALL FUN AND GAMES?' Exploring respect and relationships online'.
Both Reception and Year 1 children looked at the story called 'Buddy the internet safety dog' who helps children learn to be safe on the internet. They learned a song to help them remember what to do if they were unsure of something online.

Year 2 children looked at the story 'Digiduck and the Magic Castle' which is about a new game that comes out and the animals learn how to play it safely and respectfully. We had a go at sorting types of information that would be ok to share online (the time, what you had for dinner) and which would not be ok to share online (passwords, where you live).

Story Bird Visit
Tue 08 Feb 2022The Story Bird came to visit the Robin and Puffin classes today. They listened to the story of "The Snail and the Whale" and had great fun acting out the story.
